I absolutely do not know how this place has 4+ stars. I somehow paid 27.50 for 3 drinks, two of which I tried to just get a cheaper $5 iced coffee. There was an up charge for everything. Also, why the heck did the iced coffee taste like the worst burnt old brewed iced coffee I’ve ever had?! For almost $10?! No thanks. This place definitely felt like a scam and I hope a better shop goes in their place that actually makes good coffee. All I wanted was iced espresso and was given old gross iced coffee and then charged double for it.

The coffee tastes good but the barista was SO pushy. She asked if I wanted the extras that are seen in the photo and I explicitly said no, I don't like it that sweet. She said, well do you want extra shots of espresso? I asked how many it comes with and she said 2, so I said no 2 is fine. Then come to find out she charged me for the extra caramel drizzle on the sides of the cup that I said I did NOT want. I noticed it when she was making it so I checked the receipt, and yep- she charged me a dollar for the caramel. I told her I did not want it and to please make it without. She's literally trying to convince me to have it like that, as if I don't know how I like my own coffee. I mean since when is coffee a sales pitch to upsell? So icky. Will absolutely NOT be back.

Dishonest and scammy. Also. they give you a reusable cup but refuse to reuse them. I ordered a caramel latte that was listed as $7.20, which is already pretty expensive imo. I was asked if I wanted that with caramel (which is listed under the drink description) and said "Yes just as the description says". The barista quickly rang me up and when I looked at my receipt she charged me almost $11 for the single drink. There were multiple upcharges for "extra" caramel and milk foam. Before she began making the drink I said I didn't want any "extras", just the $7.20 drink listed and asked her to remove the charges. She agreed to but kept whispering under her breath to her manager or someone on her ear bud. She pulled up the refund on the screen but awkwardly wouldn't actually put it through and then quickly told me "it's all good now" and started making my drink. I was looking at my credit card as she did this and it showed the initial $11 charge but no refund. I asked for a receipt for the refunded extra charges. She said okay then just input a drink and voided it and gave me a receipt for that (nothing with my cc or a refunded amount). At this point I was sick of dealing with her and h

Tried this coffee place for the first time today and I was seriously impressed! The coffee is absolutely delicious—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. They offer such fun and unique flavor options, which made choosing just one a challenge (in the best way!). The service was also top-notch—friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. I especially appreciated the fact that they serve drinks in reusable cups—such a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
